Enrichment

At Eden Park Primary and Nursery School, we are proud to offer a rich programme of termly enrichment sessions designed to broaden our children’s horizons, spark their curiosity, and provide hands-on life experiences beyond the classroom. We believe that education is about more than just academic achievement – it’s about inspiring young minds and nurturing the whole child. Our carefully planned enrichment opportunities include exciting activities such as foot golf, golf sessions, planting, gardening, and cross stitch, as well as visits from local artists who share their skills and passion with our pupils. These experiences not only enhance learning but also help children develop new interests, build confidence, and discover talents they never knew they had.

We are proud of our curriculum offer; children that are part of the Eden Park family get to experience so much more than high quality teaching and learning associated with National Curriculum subjects. We provide opportunities beyond the curriculum as we wish to develop the potential of all children and equip them with vital skills required in life.  

Our enrichment programme, delivered once a term, is a real highlight for our children.  Staff consider ways to enhance educational experiences and plan activities that children might not get to engage with in their lives.   Our local community play an integral role, and their support has been invaluable.
